Problem Gambling Foundation

PGF Services provides free and confidential support, i.e. counselling and support groups, for people experiencing harm from gambling. That includes family and friends They say, "We know it can be hard to ask for help, but if gambling is affecting your life, we can help you get back on track. We also run education and support groups and help with self-exclusion from gambling venues."

Puawaitanga NZ

Puāwaitanga is a free counselling service for Work and Income (MSD) clients. If you receive any support e.g. accommodation supplement, you are eligible. Sessions are held by phone and using a web-based program. They can occur anytime between 9am – 9pm, 7-days a week. Also available to patients of ProCare, students from Auckland University of Technology and The University of Auckland.
