Brave Hearts NZ Manukau meets on the last Thursday the month from 6pm to 7pm at CADS (Community Alcohol and Drug Service) at 7 Ronwood Ave.
There is plenty of parking in the car park. You will need to press and wait for reception to open the doors.
Brave Hearts NZ offers support to people impacted by someone else's addiction to alcohol or other drugs. They say that for every person with an addiction, 10 people are affected. E.g. parents, partners, friends, siblings, and children.
They have in person and an online group. They can also support you individually or as a whānau.
They are a charity run by passionate volunteers who are group members.
