Waypoint

Waypoint is a collaborative of ten free services for people aged 12 to 24 years old with mild to moderate mental distress or harm from addiction. They can access counselling, peer support, programs that build identity, a dialectic behaviour therapy (DBT) skills training program, school based programs and more. Well Women Franklin

Well Women Franklin host 7 free 90-minute peer support groups a week for mums who are pregnant or have a child under 5 years and are experiencing anxiety, depression or postnatal distress. Groups are held during the school term in Manurewa, Papakura, Pukekohe and online.

Women in Recovery Group

Do you identify as a woman with lived experience of emotional distress or harm from alcohol or other drugs? The Women in Recovery Support Group invites you to join them. They meet on the last Wednesday of the month. They also have a Facebook group for members to stay in touch between meetings.
